Everything starts from the foundation of lifestyle, which is never optional and never finished — a normal lab value isn't the same as being optimized. On top of that we layer interventions chosen for a specific reason and weighed by the strength of the evidence behind them. We're explicit about what is well established versus what is a calculated bet ahead of consensus, so you always know which is which.
